Why Clients Seek Me Out
As a Certified Metaphysical and Somatic Practitioner, I support anyone who is ready to release what no longer serves them by reconnecting with the wisdom of their body, exploring their shadow, and stepping into their next chapter with confidence, clarity, and ease.
This is not therapy; however, it can be beautifully integrated with other therapeutic practices.
I work with individuals who are done playing small and are ready to rise—those who feel the pull toward something deeper, something truer, something that asks them to step into their personal sovereignty.
My work is about guiding people through the space in between: the darkness, the unraveling, the becoming. Together, we break through the patterns that keep you stuck—self-doubt, old conditioning, fear of being “too much,” or the exhausting pull toward external approval.
Through this process, we move through the shadow so you can access clarity, courage, and consistent aligned action.
You will create and reach goals that genuinely light you up, even in business or entrepreneurship. You will reclaim your confidence—and yes, your sensuality too—as you build a life that feels expansive rather than depleting.
When you step into this space with me, you are not receiving surface-level pep talks or sugar-coated motivation. You are entering a grounded, transformational partnership that meets you in the messy, the tender, and the powerful. Everything we explore is designed to help you navigate what has been buried and rise into what comes next.
Together, we will face what weighs on your spirit: anxiety, grief, heartbreak, the echoes of past relationships, and the internal stories that have kept you small. This is your space to release what no longer serves you, rebuild your inner authority, and breathe into boundaries that protect and honor your whole self.
Whether you are moving through major life transitions, shifting careers, launching or expanding a business, deepening spiritual work, shedding old identities, processing grief and/or trauma, or navigating through a never-ending cycle of anxiety. I’m here to help you quiet impostor syndrome, transform fear into power, and claim the potential that has been waiting for you.
And because true transformation requires depth, our work may explore shadow integration, inner-child reconnection, and healing from what has held you back: separation, narcissistic abuse, trauma, PTSD, or the weight of stories your body still carries.
This is where you do more than survive your hardest chapters.
You transmute them.
You rise.
You build something sacred and entirely your own.
If you are ready to step into the void and emerge in your fullest power, I am here to walk that path with you.
I’ll be the first to say it—I didn’t exactly come out of the womb enlightened. Nope. For years I was convinced life was personally out to get me. Like, was there a cosmic committee somewhere pulling strings just to see how many plot twists one girl could handle? Anxiety? Check. Depression? Check. Witnessing death, heartbreak, eating disorders, messy divorce, and the kind of relationships that could make a Netflix ® docuseries? Check, check, and check.
After almost eight years, in 2018, my then-husband said he wanted his “freedom.” (Spoiler: that didn’t mean hiking national parks alone and “finding himself.” It meant freedom to date whoever, whenever, without little ol’ me in the way.) Ouch. My world cracked wide open. I clung to the marriage like a Target ® receipt you swear you’ll need for a return but never do. Because in my family, you had a better chance of witnessing a zombie apocalypse before getting a divorce.
But after taking inventory of all those receipts, I realized that I wasn't receiving any rewards for the commitment of spending all of my energy, I was paying the price. And frankly, I was done footing the bill for pain.
So after a 6 months of separation, sleepless nights, a shot nervous system, panic attacks, starvation, and ridiculous amounts of alcohol consumption, I let go—not in defeat, but in radical liberation. Turns out, I had been fighting for crumbs: disrespect, manipulation, competition with every woman who so much as glanced our way. It took almost 3 years for me to say the words, "He never loved me", and not cry, because I knew that that was the truth. The truth was that I never felt loved. I felt like a placeholder. Never good enough. That wasn’t love. That wasn’t marriage. And that definitely wasn't the future I wanted for myself.
Here’s the thing I never pictured: almost 40, divorced, and starting over. But here’s what I decided: if the table I’d been begging for scraps at didn’t have a seat for me, I’d just build my own fuc*en table and hire the best damn caterers.
Then one random midnight, while doom-scrolling Instagram, I saw an ad for a Women’s Summit. I hovered over “Register” like it was a Sephora ® cart full of makeup I didn’t need but desperately wanted. Something whispered: just go.
That event? Changed. My. Life. I heard women sharing how they turned pain into purpose and thought: THIS. This is what I want to do. Help women reclaim joy, remember their voice, and expand into the version of themselves they forgot was possible. Because newsflash: life doesn’t end at 40—it gets really, really good.
I dove headfirst into healing. Somatic practices. Shadow work. All the deep stuff. And here’s the kicker: my anxiety and depression? They weren’t just symptoms. They were messengers. Tiny SOS signals I’d ignored while I tried to live as the version of me the world expected. But the real me? The eleven year old girl who started pulling tarot cards, endlessly curious, spiritually lit-up, wildly independent—she was still there. Waiting.
In those moments of becoming, I discovered "The Void". The dark beyond the dark, and suddenly realized that there is a deeper part within all of us that we MUST come to know in order to emerge from it. Within this new practice, I realized that sometimes - contrary to popular belief and other teachings of transformation - you have to go back and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
And if nobody’s ever told you this before, let me be the one: your voice, your story, and your healing matter.
I didn’t get here without ugly cries, drained bank accounts, and a family that reminded me of who I really am. It wasn’t easy. But it was worth every single tear, breakthrough, and late-night epiphany.
So now, I’m here—ready to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own strength, spark, and soul-deep joy.
You're not just taking up space. You are the space.
