Covid Policies & Procedures

Safety Is My Priority

I am extremely grateful to be working with you all again.

Please be aware that certain sessions such as reiki and relaxation massage can cause the body to feel like you are "getting a cold" as toxins are released.  If this persists for more than a day or two, please contact me and get looked at by your family health practitioner. Although the highest standards of protection are being used at the clinic, we can never be too cautious or diligent.

Just some house rules when you come in for your appointments:

BEFORE YOU COME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:​​

​

  • If you have experienced any symptoms such as:

    • fever​

    • vomiting

    • diarrhea

    • shortness of breath

    • sore throat

    • coughing or sneezing

    • unexplained headache

    • loss of taste of smell

    • upset stomach

    • fatigue

    • abnormal joint and muscle pain

    • loss of appetite

    • or any other possible Covid-19 symptoms

  we will need to rebook your appointment.

WHAT IS APPRECIATED FROM YOU:

  • You must wear a mask to your appointment(s) and continue to do so until you are instructed if it is okay to remove your mask. Life Refunded operates within a personal space, and as such, it is appreciated if a mask is worn until we enter the treatment room.  

  • If you are at all feeling unwell, please rebook your appointment.

CLINIC OPERATIONS:

​​​

  • There is a buffer period between clients to ensure that there is limited to NO cross over of patients and less traffic flow.  This means there will only be at least 15-20 minutes between clients. 

  • Extended hours are being accommodated in order to ensure this extra buffer time. 

  • The treatment room is sanitized between each client.

  • Any linens are changed and laundered.  They are never used for multiple patients 

  • I (Laryssa) will be wearing a mask throughout all appointments while with clients.  Clients will be able to take their mask off to enjoy their session without distraction.  

  • Hand washing is completed prior to any contact with clients.
